Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for stock products. Order just one unit or case of any item. Custom print and factory drop ship orders subject to factory minimums.
Can I buy less than a case?
No. In order to offer the best possible pricing we are only able to sell full cases on any of our products that are sold by the case pack. 
How do I place an order?
  • Order On-Line: Existing customers can login and shop on-line under their established accounts. New customers will need to register during the secure checkout process.
  • Order by Phone: Call one of our experienced Customer Service Representatives at 800-323-1609 to place your order.
  • Order by Fax: Our fax number is 847-675-9042. Please be sure to include all pertinent billing and shipping information, including a method of payment. Include a contact name and phone number in case we have questions regarding your order.
What payment options are available?
  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Credit Terms: Our terms are Net 30 upon approval of credit. New customers can apply for credit terms by faxing your credit reference sheet to us at fax 847-675-9042. To expedite this process, please be sure it includes a bank reference as well as 3 trade references. It should give all pertinent information such as name, address, phone and fax numbers, account numbers, and contact names for the bank and all trade references.

  • Stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom print orders are subject to factory lead times.
